Responsibility
- Lead daily hospital operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and timely service delivery.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across departments to drive efficiency and value.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and local/state requirements; lead risk management efforts.
- Collaborate with clinical and support services leaders to optimize patient flow, throughput, and experience.
- Direct talent management, workforce planning, performance development, and succession planning for clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Drive data-driven improvement using EHR analytics, dashboards, and quality metrics to inform decisions.
- Oversee facilities, supply chain, vendor relationships, and capital planning to maintain reliable operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in hospital administration or healthcare operations leadership.
- Strong knowledge of CMS/JCAHO/TJC standards, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations.
- Proven budget management, financial acumen, and revenue cycle understanding.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and health IT analytics.
- Demonstrated track record of improving patient safety, quality metrics, and staff engagement.
