Responsibility
- Direct daily hospital operations, ensuring patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives to optimize the hospital's financial health.
- Coordinate clinical and administrative department heads to optimize staffing, workflows, and capacity planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency) using data-driven methods.
- Oversee accreditation readiness (Joint Commission/JC) and ensure adherence to healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, capital projects, and community outreach.
- Champion a culture of safety, transparency, and staff engagement across all departments.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital administration or healthcare operations experience; leadership roles required.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS) and accreditation processes.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills with a proven track record in budgeting and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change-management capabilities.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare IT, with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build cross-functional relationships.
