You will collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to drive operational excellence, optimize patient flow, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily hospital operations including patient flow, clinical support services, and facility management to ensure safe, efficient care delivery.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, revenue cycle initiatives, and capital plans aligned with organizational strategy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission) and implement robust patient safety and quality programs.
- Lead performance improvement projects using data analytics, dashboards, and evidence-based practices to raise quality and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical services with strategic goals and community needs.
- Provide strong people leadership: talent development, succession planning, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health, or MBA; MHA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven hospital administration or healthcare operations leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, billing, revenue cycle, and compliance.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems (eg, Epic, Cerner) and data analytics tools.
