Responsibility

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or MBA with a healthcare focus; or equivalent leadership experience in hospital operations.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement, and accreditation standards (CMS, Joint Commission, HIPAA).
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost containment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in healthcare analytics and enterprise systems (EHRs).
