You will partner with clinical leaders to optimize patient flow, strengthen quality outcomes, and ensure the hospital remains compliant with evolving healthcare standards.

Responsibility
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all hospital departments to achieve quality care, safety, and financial targets.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA, and state health standards; coordinate internal audits and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize patient flow, bed management, and throughput across the campus.
- Oversee human resources functions, staffing plans, performance management, and workforce development programs.
- Drive patient experience initiatives, oversee patient grievances, and implement service-line improvements.
- Lead quality improvement efforts, data analytics, and reporting to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive hospital administration experience in acute-care settings.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality-improvement methodologies.
- Proven budget management, financial acumen, and resource planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and hospital information systems.
- Change management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams through transformation.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
