UrbanCare Medical Center is seeking a seasoned Hospital Administrator to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes and optimize operational efficiency.
In this role you will partner with clinical leaders, support services, and governance to ensure exceptional care quality, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship.

Responsibility
- Oversee hospital operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Lead staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and talent development across departments.
- Manage budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with medical staff, nursing leadership, and support services to improve patient experience and outcomes.
- Drive revenue cycle improvements, billing accuracy, coding oversight, and payer relations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics aligned with accreditation standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
- Monitor KPIs, quality indicators, patient satisfaction, and operational dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead risk management, safety programs, incident reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital administration or healthcare operations experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS).
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, revenue cycle, and HR processes.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and data analytics.
- Proven track record of process improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
