Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership for day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance analytics to optimize resource utilization and meet financial targets.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, including process improvement and patient flow optimization across departments.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to maintain regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and quality metrics.
- Manage human resources functions, including staffing models, talent development, and performance management.
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and incident reporting in alignment with governing bodies.
- Drive vendor relationships, supply chain optimization, and capital project oversight.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, patient satisfaction, and community engagement.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (CAHME/APA preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive hospital administration or health system leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost containment, and capital planning.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage crisis situations with composure.
- Proficiency with healthcare information systems (HIS, EHR, ERP) and data analytics.
