Responsibility

  • Lead financial stewardship, budgeting, and revenue cycle processes to meet targets and optimize resource use.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations; implement policies and staff training.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive hospital administration experience in a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (Joint Commission, HIPAA, EMTALA, CMS).
  • Proven leadership, change management, and staff development skills; excellent communication.
  • Proficient in healthcare IT systems (EPIC or Cerner) and data analytics; advanced Excel skills.
  • Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management; experience with capital planning.
  • Professional certification in healthcare management (FACHE) or equivalent is a plus.
