We are seeking a professional Hostess who can represent the Finns brand with warmth, poise, and impeccable guest care.
As a Hostess, you are the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting arrivals, managing reservations and seating, and guiding guests through the venue with a smile. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting, demonstrates clear communication in English, and circulates between front-of-house desks and service teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from check-in to departure. You will balance guest expectations with seating capacity, handle queues efficiently, and collaborate with servers, bartenders, and security to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and minimize wait times.
- Maintain a professional and polished front-of-house presence in alignment with Finns Beach Club brand standards.
- Provide accurate information about venue layout, services, menus, events, and Bali attractions.
- Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and security to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak periods and events.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns with tact, and escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
- Support VIP arrivals and special events, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.
- Assist with queue management, crowd control, and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in front-of-house areas and communicate needs to the team promptly.
Qualification
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front-of-house roles preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative team player mindset.
- Professional appearance and strong guest-service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer and reservation-system familiarity is advantageous.
