Responsibility
- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks for guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on equipment and systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs performed
- Respond quickly to guest requests and maintenance emergencies in a courteous manner
- Coordinate with hotel management and external vendors for specialized repairs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assist in the setup, operation, and breakdown of hotel events if required
Qualification
- Proven experience in hotel, building, or facility maintenance
- Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Technical certification or relevant vocational training is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts
