Responsibility
- Collaborate with executives to translate business strategy into scalable HR programs for client teams.
- Serve as trusted advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, and coaching.
- Lead talent acquisition partnerships and onboarding to attract diverse, high-potential talent.
- Design and drive performance management, learning, and succession planning.
- Partner on compensation, benefits, and rewards programs in alignment with company goals.
- Analyze HR metrics, develop insights, and drive data-backed improvements.
- Ensure HR policies, compliance, and risk management across the organization.
- Lead workforce planning and change management during growth initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 5+ years of HRBP/Generalist experience, preferably in tech.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and KPI dashboards.
- Ability to influence at all levels and handle confidential information with integrity.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
