Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Partner with senior leadership to design workforce plans, talent pipelines, and succession strategies.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution with fairness and discretion.
- Lead compensation analysis, benefits programs, and policy development to ensure market competitiveness.
- Drive DEI initiatives, engagement programs, and culture-building activities that support inclusion.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, data privacy, and HR governance; oversee HRIS data integrity and reporting.
- Collaborate on change management initiatives and enable leaders with coaching and training.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM-SCP or PHR is preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with emphasis on HRBP or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, recordkeeping, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and people analytics.
- Proven ability to lead change, manage projects, and influence at all levels of the organization.
