Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce plans aligned to business goals.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and development programs.
- Lead recruitment strategy for critical roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hires.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching managers through complex situations and conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and recognition programs in collaboration with Finance and People & Culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Lead HR projects (onboarding optimization, process improvements, HRIS enhancements) to scale with growth.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of HR generalist/partner experience in tech or high-growth environments.
- Proven experience with recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and data-driven HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
