Responsibility
- Own end-to-end human resources processes for onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes.
- Provide daily employee relations support, coaching managers, and addressing workplace concerns with discretion.
- Administer benefits, leave management, and payroll liaison in collaboration with finance.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate insightful reporting for leadership.
- Partner with leadership on performance management, learning, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Support talent acquisition through intake meetings, job postings, and candidate screening.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 3+ years of HR generalist or equivalent experience in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HRIS and ATS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, iCIMS)
- HR certification or SHRM/PHR preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with problem-solving skills
