Responsibility

- Partner with managers to implement HR programs that align with business goals and drive a positive employee experience. \n
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support. \n
- Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires and ensure accurate HRIS data entry. \n
- Administer employee relations, performance management processes, and escalate concerns with professionalism and discretion. \n
- Maintain HR policies and participate in benefits administration and leave management. \n
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; support audits and safety programs. \n
- Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement. \n
Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. \n
- 2-5 years of HR generalist, recruiting, or people operations experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of NY/state and federal employment laws and compliance. \n
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and people data analytics. \n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. \n
- Discretion handling sensitive information and high ethical standards. \n
- Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams and drive results. \n
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus. \n
