Responsibility
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance and consistency.
- Manage full cycle recruitment, interviewing, selection, offer processes, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution with a constructive approach.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with Finance and external vendors.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, generate people analytics, and deliver insights to leadership.
- Support training initiatives, talent development, and succession planning to drive performance.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and safety guidelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance across the employee lifecycle
- Experience with HRIS and people analytics; proficient in MS Excel and data reporting
- Excellent communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a collaborative environment
