Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a HR Generalist at our New York office. This full-time role partners with leadership to drive people strategies, champion employee experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate with managers across departments to implement effective onboarding, performance management, and talent development programs that enable our people to thrive.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple client groups, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Design and implement onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity and retention.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and succession planning in partnership with managers.
- Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local laws; maintain policy documentation and update as needed.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate reports, and provide insights to inform people decisions.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to administer compensation programs and benefits.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and organizational development.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience.
- Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws; experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience with performance management, learning and development, and change management.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
