Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and manage workforce planning.
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Administer employee relations efforts, including investigations, performance coaching, and resolution of conflicts.
- Administer HR programs, policies, and compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Administer benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and payroll processes in collaboration with Payroll.
- Support performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Texas and federal employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; proficiency in data reporting and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and confidentiality.
- Ability to build relationships with managers and employees; strong problem-solving skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
