Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive timely conversions
- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Support performance management cycles, goal setting, feedback, and development plans
- Advise on employee relations issues, investigations, and policy interpretation with discretion and fairness
- Assist with compensation, benefits coordination, and payroll support as applicable
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, prepare HR metrics, and generate leadership-ready reports
- Champion compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
- Lead or participate in HR projects, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 2-4 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of US employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer-service skills
- Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
