Responsibility
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft compelling job postings, screen candidates, and drive a timely recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to welcome new hires and accelerate ramp times.
- Administer HR programs including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Manage employee relations issues with a fair, confidential, and solution-oriented approach.
- Support compensation and benefits activities, including salary reviews and benefits enrollment.
- Analyze HR metrics and produce insightful reports to guide people strategies.
- Partner with leadership to drive an inclusive, diverse, and engaging workplace culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR preferred.
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance; experience with EEO, FMLA, and related regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office; experience with Workday or BambooHR is a plus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion; strong ethics.
- Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
