At Aurora Talent Partners, we enable companies to thrive by optimizing people operations. We're seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our Seattle team and support day-to-day HR processes, employee relations, and program execution.
In this role, you will partner with leaders across departments to implement HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
As a key member of our People Operations group, you will help scale our clients' HR programs while preserving a high standard of integrity, confidentiality, and service.
Responsibility
- Administer and streamline HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, and records management.
- Partner with managers to drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and policy interpretation.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate reports, and support data-driven decision making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; assist with audits and policy updates.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits programs, leave administration, and payroll support as needed.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR generalist or HR coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and confidentiality.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse) and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
