We are seeking a proactive professional who can manage full cycle HR, support leadership, and ensure compliance across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibility
- Partner with managers to implement HR policies and programs that align with business goals
- Oversee full cycle recruitment from posting to offers and onboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth start
- Administer performance management processes and employee development plans
- Manage employee relations and confidential investigations with professionalism
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination as needed
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years of HR generalist or related experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- SHRM or CIPD certification a plus
