Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee HRIS (e.g., Workday, UltiPro) and analytics to guide workforce planning and decision-making.
- Partner with leaders on organization design, compensation strategy, benefits, and talent development.
- Drive employee engagement, leadership development, and recognition initiatives to enhance retention.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and consistent application of HR standards across the company.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and coach managers on inclusive people practices.
- Lead the HR team, manage priorities, and support cross-functional projects with a data-driven approach.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; professional certification (SHRM, SPHR, or similar) preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, listening, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with leadership to scale HR initiatives.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, payroll processes, and risk management.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
