Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes to fill roles across the organization.
  • Design, implement, and evolve HR policies and programs that promote engagement, inclusion, and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to create workforce plans, succession strategies, and performance management processes.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll collaboration to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, and problem resolution with empathy and fairness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting through HRIS and analytics to inform decision making.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SPHR/SHRM-SCP a plus.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a mid to large sized organization with exposure to talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to design scalable HR processes and policies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance in the United States.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, analytics, and reporting; working knowledge of payroll/benefits systems.
