As an HSE Officer, you will shape and enforce safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory and ISO compliance across projects. You will work closely with construction teams to embed a culture of zero incidents, proactive hazard identification, and responsible environmental practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs for active construction sites in Cikarang.
  • Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses (JHA), safety inspections, and enforce the permit-to-work system.
  • Lead incident reporting, investigations, root-cause analysis, and track corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with national regulations, K3/SMK3 requirements, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Plan and deliver safety trainings, toolbox talks, inductions, and onboarding for employees and subcontractors.
  • Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, spill response, and resource conservation.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, records, audits, and action plans; coordinate with project teams for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with site management to drive safe design, procurement decisions, and emergency preparedness planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HSE experience on construction sites or similar environments.
  • Certification in K3/SMK3 or ISO 45001 awareness; safety training credentials preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations, environmental laws, permits-to-work, and incident reporting.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership abilities; capable of conducting effective toolbox talks.
  • Proficient in incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action development.
  • Proficient with MS Office; ability to maintain accurate HSE records and generate reports.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative with a drive to improve safety performance.
