MAS Holdings is actively seeking a proactive and detail oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team in Semarang, Jawa Tengah. As a core member of our HR operations, you will ensure efficient time and attendance management, accurate employee records, and reliable HR service delivery to support business objectives. This role blends administrative rigor with a people first approach, offering ample opportunities to contribute to workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement in a manufacturing environment.
In this position, you will collaborate with production leadership and department heads to maintain attendance accuracy, administer leave policies, and support payroll processes. You will help manage onboarding, offboarding, and staff data integrity within our HR information system, while generating standard HR reports for management review. Your insights will help optimize attendance trends, overtime controls, and attendance policy adherence, contributing to improved productivity and labor cost management.

Responsibility
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records for all employees and ensure timely updates to the HRIS
- Coordinate leave requests, absences, and related payroll inputs in collaboration with payroll and operations
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring complete and compliant employee documentation
- Support recruitment activities as needed and assist in maintaining up to date job postings and applicant tracking
- Prepare HR reports on attendance, headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics for management reviews
- Support employee relations, respond to inquiries, and help resolve HR related issues in a timely and confidential manner
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, training programs, and performance processes
- Maintain data integrity and privacy of employee information within the HRIS and personnel files
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll support, or attendance management
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and local regulations related to attendance, leave, and payroll
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office; ability to generate standard HR reports
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy; ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; proficient English is a plus
- Results driven with a customer service orientation and collaborative approach
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple competing priorities
