Responsibility
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth start and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records in the HRIS, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Coordinate HR administration tasks such as leave management, attendance tracking, and basic benefits support.
- Prepare and file HR documents (employment contracts, policy acknowledgments, termination paperwork) and support document control.
- Assist payroll-related data entry and coordinate with finance on salary changes or reimbursements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, reporting, and internal communications.
- Provide excellent candidate and employee experiences through timely, professional communication in English and Indonesian.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support.
- Strong written and spoken English and Indonesian communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic payroll/attendance processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Team-oriented, proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
