Job description
Join PT Teman Perempuan Sehati, a patient-focused organization delivering compassionate women's health services in Jakarta. We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for medical and clinic operations. This is a hands-on role for a talent partner who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and enjoys building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle: crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing top talent, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will partner with department heads across clinics to forecast hiring needs, design creative sourcing strategies, and implement processes that reduce time-to-fill while maintaining the highest quality of hires. You will also support employer branding initiatives and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for medical staff, clinicians, administrative roles, and clinic operations.
Ideal candidates bring experience in healthcare recruitment, familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, and a data-driven mindset. You should be comfortable using an applicant tracking system, social media sourcing, and campus partnerships. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential, as you will interface with senior clinic leadership, HR, and external recruitment partners to deliver staffing solutions that support patient care excellence.
Location: Jakarta Selatan, with on-site collaboration at clinics. This is a growth-focused role within a purpose-driven organization that values integrity, empathy, and professional excellence.
