As an Organization Development Staff, you will map and optimize our organizational design, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines support agility and accountability. You will lead the development and implementation of KPI frameworks and performance management processes that turn strategy into measurable outcomes. You will also contribute to creating compelling job descriptions, competency models, and career paths that attract top talent and support succession planning.

You will collaborate with HR, operations, and finance to drive change initiatives, manage employee relations, and deploy HR policies with clarity and consistency. Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve organization development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Map and optimize the organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines to enhance clarity and agility.
  • Lead the development of KPI frameworks, performance management processes, and evaluation criteria that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • Create and maintain compelling job descriptions, competency models, and career paths to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive talent development initiatives, training needs assessments, and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with HR, operations, and leadership to manage change, reinforce HR policies, and support employee relations.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform OD decisions, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development, psychology, business, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in OD or HR related roles, preferably in dynamic or large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of KPI design, performance management, job design, and competency modeling.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, data analysis tools, and MS Office; project management or certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in Jakarta, with knowledge of local labor laws and regulations being advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset, problem solving, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
