Responsibility

  • Install, operate, and maintain HVAC chiller systems including centrifugal and reciprocating chillers across commercial and industrial sites.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement durable repairs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and energy-efficiency assessments to maximize uptime and performance.
  • Calibrate and adjust building management system (BMS) or SCADA controls to optimize cooling operations and energy usage.
  • Diagnose faults, order parts, and coordinate with vendors for timely service and replacements.
  • Maintain accurate service records, generate reports, and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company quality policies.
  • Respond to on-call or emergency maintenance requests as required.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a recognized HVAC certification.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC chiller systems in commercial or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and familiarity with BMS/SCADA interfaces.
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals; proficient in using diagnostic tools.
  • Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team; reliable and safety-conscious.
  • Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations; commitment to compliance and high-quality workmanship.
