We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Chiller Engineer / Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will maintain and optimize complex chiller systems for a diverse client base including commercial buildings, data centers and manufacturing facilities.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment uptime while meeting safety, quality, and energy-efficiency standards. You will work closely with clients, facility managers, and vendors to plan and execute maintenance programs.

Responsibility
- Install, operate, and maintain HVAC chiller systems including centrifugal and reciprocating chillers across commercial and industrial sites.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement durable repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and energy-efficiency assessments to maximize uptime and performance.
- Calibrate and adjust building management system (BMS) or SCADA controls to optimize cooling operations and energy usage.
- Diagnose faults, order parts, and coordinate with vendors for timely service and replacements.
- Maintain accurate service records, generate reports, and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company quality policies.
- Respond to on-call or emergency maintenance requests as required.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a recognized HVAC certification.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with HVAC chiller systems in commercial or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and familiarity with BMS/SCADA interfaces.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals; proficient in using diagnostic tools.
- Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team; reliable and safety-conscious.
- Knowledge of local codes and safety regulations; commitment to compliance and high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
