Responsibility
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and performance testing to maximize system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring, control circuits, and refrigerant systems in a safe, compliant manner.
- Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, thermostats, sensors, and ductwork.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications to complete projects accurately.
- Document service activities, parts used, and recommended improvements for customers and management.
- Collaborate with team members and customers to deliver timely, high-quality service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualification
- 2+ years of HVAC experience in service, installation, or maintenance roles.
- EPA 608 certification or equivalent refrigerant handling certification.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-call shifts and perform physically demanding tasks.
