Responsibility

- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (air conditioning, heating, ventilation) in commercial and residential properties. \n
- Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups to maximize efficiency and longevity. \n
- Install, replace, and commission HVAC equipment and controls per project specifications. \n
- Troubleshoot electrical and refrigerant issues using diagnostic tools and meters. \n
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. \n
- Ensure work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. \n
- Document service calls, parts used, and time in our field management software; communicate clearly with clients. \n
- Respond to emergency service requests with professionalism and urgency. \n
Qualification

- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and service experience (residential or light commercial). \n
- EPA Section 608 certification (or willingness to obtain) and relevant state license/permit requirements. \n
- Strong knowledge of electrical fundamentals, refrigerants, airflow, ductwork, and controls. \n
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics; proficiency with diagnostic tools and gauges. \n
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. \n
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments. \n
