Premier Climate Solutions is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. As an HVAC Technician, you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, install equipment, and ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards.

Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on HVAC equipment and controls.
- Install, replace, and commissioning of HVAC units, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide installations and repairs.
- Test and calibrate system performance, refrigerant levels, airflow, and temperature setpoints.
- Maintain accurate service records, parts used, and time spent on each job; provide detailed customer reports.
- Ensure all work adheres to local codes, safety regulations, and company standards; uphold a professional customer experience.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training or HVAC certification preferred.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I/II/Universal) required.
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential and/or light commercial settings.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Proficiency with refrigeration, electrical systems, ductwork, and control wiring; ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and customer service orientation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and perform field work in varying weather conditions; on-call availability as needed.
