IELTS Instructor

Cevas Language and Review Center is seeking a motivated part-time IELTS Instructor to empower learners in Lipa City to master the four language skills and succeed in the IELTS exam. In this role, you will deliver engaging lessons, tailor materials to student needs, and create a supportive learning environment. You will help students improve fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, and test strategies for Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking. The position fits part-time schedules for teachers who are passionate about language education and IELTS exam coaching. As a valued member of Cevas, you will:

• Deliver effective IELTS instruction across Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Design and adapt lesson plans, activities, and practice tests aligned with IELTS benchmarks
• Assess student progress through regular quizzes, mock exams, and feedback sessions
• Provide constructive feedback, track attendance, and maintain accurate student records
• Offer individualized coaching and strategies to improve band scores
• Manage classroom dynamics and foster a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to improve curriculum and share best practices
• Support center administrators with scheduling and learner support as needed

Requirements for applicants include a degree in education or English, language teaching certification, and experience in IELTS or exam-focused English instruction. The ideal candidate is patient, enthusiastic, and committed to helping learners reach their target scores.
