Responsibility
- Lead process improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines to reduce cycle times and improve throughput
- Develop and implement standard work, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure repeatable results
- Conduct time studies, capacity planning, line balancing, and workstation design
- Lead Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC) with measurable cost savings and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to optimize end-to-end processes
- Utilize MES/ERP data to identify bottlenecks, perform data analysis, and drive data-driven decisions
- Facilitate training on continuous improvement methodologies and build a culture of problem solving
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DOE, and value stream mapping
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, JMP) and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
- Experience with process simulation and CAD is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and deliver results on time
