Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing systems, workflow, and layouts to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Lead root-cause analyses to proactively address production bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Deploy lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies across multiple teams.
- Conduct time and motion studies to drive productivity enhancements.
- Apply industrial automation and technology integration to streamline operations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and report on continuous improvement progress.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering capacity.
- Strong command of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficient in CAD, process simulation, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
