Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing and service processes in a dynamic, cross-functional environment in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role you will collaborate with product development, production, supply chain, and quality teams to translate business needs into efficient, scalable processes. You will analyze workflow data, develop standard work, and support project planning and execution while ensuring policy compliance and meticulous documentation.
As an Industrial Engineer, you will drive continuous improvement across operations, reduce lead times, and improve product quality. You will participate in capacity planning, production scheduling, line balancing, and equipment utilization. You will help design and implement KPI dashboards, define standard operating procedures, and support audits and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration will include mapping current processes, designing efficient workflows, and identifying bottlenecks. You will lead data-driven studies, perform time studies, and develop actionable recommendations to streamline operations. You will assist in setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support manufacturing and policy compliance. Responsibility
- Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify bottlenecks and waste; propose improvements and lead implementation.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for consistent output and regulatory compliance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing, Six Sigma principles, and data-driven methodologies; track impact with defined KPIs.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to plan capacity, scheduling, line balancing, and equipment utilization; support new product introductions.
- Design and deploy KPI dashboards; monitor metrics such as cycle time, yield, scrap rate, and uptime; provide regular reports to leadership.
- Support internal and external audits; maintain accurate documentation and traceability; ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on projects, risk assessments, and change management activities; manage timelines and deliverables.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's preferred); relevant certifications welcome.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in data analysis and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel and statistics software (e.g., Minitab) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (green belt or higher preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration across functions; ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
