Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing workflows to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Design and implement process improvements leveraging lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams.
- Conduct time studies, ergonomic assessments, and capacity analysis.
- Develop detailed documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize data-driven approaches for root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support technology adoption and workplace safety improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Lean principles, and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Six Sigma and process mapping preferred.
- Solid understanding of safety and compliance standards.
- Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail.
