Responsibility
- Lead process optimization initiatives across manufacturing lines using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and variability; implement improvements with measurable impact.
- Develop time studies, work measurement, and standard work to improve efficiency and labor productivity.
- Design and implement line layouts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to deploy cross-functional improvements.
- Lead Kaizen events, track progress, and sustain gains with robust control plans.
- Support capacity planning and production scheduling to meet demand while balancing constraints.
- Create dashboards and KPI reports to communicate performance and value created.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering; experience with Lean Six Sigma required.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Tableau) and process mapping (Visio, AutoCAD).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with time studies, work measurement, standard work, and SOP development.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and manufacturing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
