In this role, you will partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to reduce waste, shorten cycle times, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on implementation capabilities and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibility
- Lead value stream mapping and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines to reduce cycle time and waste.
- Analyze production data (OEE, scrap, downtime) and develop data-driven action plans.
- Design and implement standardized work, layouts, and line balancing to optimize throughput.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to execute cost-saving projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, 5S, KPI tracking).
- Support capital projects from concept to commissioning with cost/benefit analysis and risk assessment.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor KPIs and sustain gains.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S; Green Belt or higher preferred.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, JMP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with process simulation, line balancing, and facility layout optimization; CAD/PLM a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
