You will partner with operations, maintenance, and supply chain to design and implement high-impact improvements that reduce cost, increase throughput, and elevate product quality. Responsibility

  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement using lean tools and time studies.
  • Lead line balancing, capacity planning, and line-side layout optimization to maximize throughput.
  • Develop and implement standard work, visual management, and process documentation; monitor KPIs and sustain gains.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and supply chain to implement automation, tooling, and equipment upgrades.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (A3, 8D, DMAIC) and lead kaizen events to reduce waste and variability.
  • Support manufacturing data governance, MES/ERP data accuracy, and real-time shop floor reporting.
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses and contribute to continuous improvement roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience, with preference for lean/continuous improvement environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), value stream mapping, and process optimization.
  • Experience with time study, workflow analysis, MTM/MOST, and standard data collection techniques.
  • Advanced data analysis skills with Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with ERP/MES systems.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
