Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times, waste, and variability across multiple production lines.
- Analyze value streams, design efficient layouts, and optimize material flow to improve overall line efficiency.
- Develop detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, time studies, and data-driven standards.
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives with measurable KPIs.
- Manage production scheduling, capacity planning, and demand alignment using ERP tools and data analytics.
- Evaluate capital projects, justify ROI, and support risk assessments for process improvements.
- Lead Shop Floor Management initiatives, visual management, and frontline coaching to sustain improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering settings.
- Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (certifications a plus), and value stream mapping.
- Experience with time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and work measurement techniques.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, Python/R) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
