Responsibility

  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times, waste, and variability across multiple production lines.
  • Analyze value streams, design efficient layouts, and optimize material flow to improve overall line efficiency.
  • Develop detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, time studies, and data-driven standards.
  • Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives with measurable KPIs.
  • Manage production scheduling, capacity planning, and demand alignment using ERP tools and data analytics.
  • Evaluate capital projects, justify ROI, and support risk assessments for process improvements.
  • Lead Shop Floor Management initiatives, visual management, and frontline coaching to sustain improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering settings.
  • Strong proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (certifications a plus), and value stream mapping.
  • Experience with time studies, line balancing, capacity planning, and work measurement techniques.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Minitab, Excel, Python/R) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
