Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. In the Travel vertical, the Industry Manager will drive growth for Google's advertising and measurement solutions with premier travel brands, airlines, and hospitality partners across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. You will be a trusted advisor, turning client business objectives into measurable outcomes by leveraging Google Ads, YouTube, Search, and cross-product capabilities. As a senior member of the LCS travel team, you will own the full revenue lifecycle, from account planning to closing multi-million-dollar deals, while building long-term relationships with C-suite executives.
This role requires strategic vision, market insight, and the ability to translate data into ROI-driven recommendations. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations to craft customized media plans, measurement frameworks, and scalable go-to-market strategies. You will lead complex RFP processes, negotiate terms, and manage executive-level communications. You will also mentor junior team members, contribute to hiring, and help shape the LCS travel practice with innovative ideas and best practices.

Responsibility
- Own end-to-end sales lifecycle for travel and hospitality clients in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region; drive revenue growth for Google’s Large Customer Sales solutions.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter account plans aligned to client goals and measurable metrics.
- Lead executive-level engagements with CMOs, VPs of marketing, and procurement to present strategic advertising solutions across Google properties.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to craft customized media plans, measurement frameworks, and scalable go-to-market strategies.
- Manage RFP processes, negotiate terms and pricing, and close high-value deals while maintaining accurate forecast and pipeline.
- Mentor and coach junior team members; contribute to hiring, training, and sharing best practices within the LCS travel practice.
- Build market intelligence on travel industry trends, identify opportunities, and influence product and partnership roadmaps.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; 8+ years of enterprise sales or digital advertising experience with travel/hospitality clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota for large-scale ad-tech deals; familiarity with Google products is a plus.
- Deep understanding of travel industry KPIs, digital marketing channels, measurement, attribution, and ROI optimization.
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills; ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex multi-stakeholder deals; adept at managing multiple deals simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; Singapore market experience and additional languages are beneficial.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed; self-motivated and results-driven.
