We are seeking a proactive Infrastructure Development Engineer to drive end-to-end delivery from concept through commissioning. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, safety, and sustainability while maintaining adherence to budget and schedule.

Responsibility
- Lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and change control.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical teams, as well as contractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and environmental requirements; oversee safety management.
- Lead permits, approvals, environmental impact assessments, and community stakeholder engagements.
- Champion BIM, digital twin, GIS, and data-driven optimization to improve lifecycle performance.
- Provide regular status reporting to executives and stakeholders; translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Mentor junior engineers and support professional development within project teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure development, city-scale projects, or utilities.
- PMI PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; experience with agile delivery is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and design-build-operate projects.
- Excellent budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and procurement skills.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to travel occasionally and adapt to shifting project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
