This is a senior contributor role focused on end-to-end infrastructure development, covering planning, design, project integration, and field implementation with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and software teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Develop performance-based designs, cost estimates, and schedules; manage risks and changes.
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in infrastructure development.
- Implement digital twins and BIM methodologies to improve project outcomes.
- Communicate progress with stakeholders and present technical recommendations to leadership.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field; PE license preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure development, roadways, utilities, or urban networks.
- Proven track record with large-scale, multi-discipline projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with sustainability, resilience planning, and digital twin technologies.
