Responsibility
- Lead multi-discipline design teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to deliver complex infrastructure projects.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with public agencies, developers, and contractors to secure approvals and manage interfaces.
- Oversee permitting, environmental compliance, safety plans, and quality assurance.
- Perform feasibility studies, hydraulic and structural modeling, and load calculations.
- Ensure constructability, design conformity to standards, and value engineering.
- Manage vendor relations, subcontractors, and QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers, supervise field investigations, and support commissioning activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license preferred
- 5+ years of infrastructure development experience in water/wastewater, transportation, or energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of design standards (AASHTO, ACI, IEC as applicable) and sustainability practices
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools (HEC-RAS, SewerCAD), and MS Office
- Proven project management skills with ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical report writing abilities
- Understanding of permitting processes, environmental and safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally up to 15%
