Responsibility

  • Lead multi-discipline design teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to deliver complex infrastructure projects.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, risk registers, and procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate with public agencies, developers, and contractors to secure approvals and manage interfaces.
  • Oversee permitting, environmental compliance, safety plans, and quality assurance.
  • Perform feasibility studies, hydraulic and structural modeling, and load calculations.
  • Ensure constructability, design conformity to standards, and value engineering.
  • Manage vendor relations, subcontractors, and QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior engineers, supervise field investigations, and support commissioning activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license preferred
  • 5+ years of infrastructure development experience in water/wastewater, transportation, or energy sectors
  • Strong knowledge of design standards (AASHTO, ACI, IEC as applicable) and sustainability practices
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools (HEC-RAS, SewerCAD), and MS Office
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical report writing abilities
  • Understanding of permitting processes, environmental and safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures
  • Ability and willingness to travel regionally up to 15%
