Responsibility
- Lead civil design and analysis for transportation, site development, drainage, and utility coordination.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and design reports.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing to meet client objectives.
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and contractors to obtain approvals and permit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and standards (AASHTO, ACI, ASTM).
- Conduct field investigations, site visits, and quality control reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Support business development through technical proposals and client engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred or active track to licensure.
- 5+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation; familiarity with drainage and roadway design tools.
- Strong knowledge of AASHTO, ACI, ASTM, OSHA codes and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- US work authorization and willingness to travel as needed.
