BluePeak Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Development Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable infrastructure for modern urban projects. This role blends civil engineering with digital infrastructure disciplines to deliver resilient systems for transportation, utilities, and smart-city initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, municipal stakeholders, and vendors to translate program objectives into robust, constructible plans, budgets, and schedules. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable infrastructure programs across civil and digital domains.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with GIS, BIM, and civil design teams to integrate data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; drive sustainability metrics.
- Implement modern IaC and DevOps-like practices for infrastructure deployment using Terraform, Ansible, and cloud platforms; establish robust CI/CD pipelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure development, construction, or large-scale urban programs.
- Strong knowledge of civil design standards, GIS, BIM, and project management methodologies.
- Experience with infrastructure data platforms, CAD/BIM, and digital twin concepts.
- Proficiency with cloud-based infrastructure management, IaC (Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
