NovaInfra Solutions is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Development Engineer to lead complex urban infrastructure projects in Singapore. This role combines civil engineering expertise with digital capabilities (BIM, GIS, data analytics) to deliver resilient, cost efficient networks and facilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and local authorities to translate master plans into executable designs and implementations. Responsibility
- Lead end to end infrastructure development lifecycle for major urban projects including civil, electrical and digital infrastructure
- Develop and review design documents, specifications, BIM models (Revit) and CAD drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors and government authorities to secure approvals and ensure compliance with Singapore standards
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk registers and quality assurance across multiple disciplines
- Drive sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency, water management and flood resilience
- Implement digital twin, GIS data integration and analytics to optimize lifecycle performance
- Lead procurement support and commissioning planning for successful project handover
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or related field; Master preferred
- 5+ years of infrastructure development experience, preferably in Singapore or Southeast Asia
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit), CAD (AutoCAD), GIS (ArcGIS) and project management tools
- Strong knowledge of Singapore codes and standards (LTA, BCA, PUB) and local regulatory processes
- Experience on multi-disciplinary projects and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Ability to travel to site and work in cross-functional teams; PMP or PE license is a plus
