Join Apex Urban Systems as an Infrastructure Development Lead to architect and deliver large-scale urban infrastructure programs. You will drive the design, procurement, construction, and operation readiness of transportation corridors, water, and smart-city systems.
We seek a strategic, hands-on leader who can partner with government agencies, consultants, and contractors to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with uncompromising safety and quality standards.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs from concept through handover, aligning with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Define program scope, schedules, budgets, performance KPIs, and risk registers; monitor progress and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams, consultants, and contractors; manage interfaces and integration issues.
- Develop and implement modular, scalable design standards, BIM workflows, and data governance for asset information.
- Support procurement strategy, bid evaluation, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance; manage audits and inspections.
- Engage with municipal authorities and stakeholders to obtain approvals and maintain transparent reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field. Master's preferred.
- 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally in APAC or Singapore.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Chartered status preferred.
- Proven expertise in program/project management, risk management, and budget control.
- Experience with BIM (Revit/AutoCAD), GIS, civil design software, and data-driven asset management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of local codes, standards, and regulatory approvals; fluency in English; Mandarin preferred but not required.
